Liana’s story is characterized by the ability to face and overcome the most demanding challenges. Among our most recent technological achievements is the ability to extrude TPE-based materials (thermoplastic elastomers) certified as compatible with DOWSIL™ silicone sealants, the latter widely used in the construction of glass facades because they are more durable and versatile than most part of the sealants based on organic polymers. The advantages of TPE-based materials? Compared to those based on EPDM (ethylene-propylene diene monomer), more commonly used, they are easily co-extrudable, colorable and, above all, recyclable. From today, therefore, the glass facades can count on a new trusted ally, who also wears the green uniform.
